Add a device

1. Open the Devices page (left rail on the panel, sidebar in the web app).
2. If the device is listed under Discovered nearby, tap Add — the type and address are filled in for you. Otherwise tap Add device, choose the type, and enter its MAC address (Scan picks it from a live list).
3. Enter whatever the type asks for — a Victron also needs its 32-character encryption key from the VictronConnect app; the Truma needs pairing mode armed first. Each device's help page under Devices has the specifics.
4. Give it a Name — that's what its dashboard cards will be called.
5. Tap Add device, then Restart to apply (bottom right). The restart takes a few seconds; the device's cards then appear on the dashboards.
6. For devices with calibration or naming options (tank sensors, the level sensor, A6 relay names), reopen the device from the installed list after the restart and set them — those apply immediately.
