History page
The History page shows two hourly bar charts, one above the other, each covering the last 72 hours (three days).
Every bar is one hour's worth of amp-hours. Bars above the zero line are energy going in, bars below are energy going out. A shunt shows both; a solar charger only ever produces, so its bars are always above the line.
Choosing what each chart shows
Each chart has its own picker in its top-right corner, listing every shunt and solar charger installed on the van. The usual pairing is a shunt on top and a solar charger below — that is the comparison that tells you whether a flat day was the sun's fault or the fridge's — but you can point both charts at anything in the list, for example two solar chargers against each other.
Your choice is remembered, so the page comes back the way you left it. The panel and the dashboard remember separately.
Reading the charts
- The pill next to the chart's name is the total for the whole window.
- Dashed vertical lines mark midnight; the day under each block is labelled along the bottom, ending in TODAY.
- Hours with no record — the panel was switched off, or it has not been running for three days yet — draw as a thin mark on the zero line rather than as a zero-height bar. An hour that genuinely moved no energy is a real reading; an hour nobody measured is not, and the page keeps them apart.
- The window is always three days wide, even on a panel that was set up ten minutes ago. Early on, most of it is empty.
On the dashboard, hovering a bar shows that hour's exact figure and its time in the van's timezone, not your browser's.
Nothing to show?
If the charts say No MPPT or shunt installed, the van has no device that measures current. Add a shunt or a solar charger on the Devices page and the recorder starts filling buckets within the hour.
Readings are stored on the panel and survive a reboot. A factory reset with "history" ticked erases them.
